By engaging Pivot Travel & Tourism for any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all services including corporate travel management, chauffeur services, curated experiences, and Hajj & Umrah arrangements.
2. Services
Pivot Travel & Tourism acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, ground operators). We do not own or operate any transportation, accommodation, or other travel services. All bookings are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit. Pricing is quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirmation. Booking confirmation is issued in writing via email.
